You will need to continue paying restitution.  Your payments will be made to the victim's estate.  If you don't continue paying restitution, the victim's estate could file a lawsuit against you.  There may be other consequences for failure to pay restitution.  For example, if you are on parole, the judge could revoke your parole and send you back to jail.  The decision on whether or not to revoke your parole would be within the discretion of the judge.  There may be other penalties the judge could impose.
