If my ex-husband files bankruptcy, canhis creditors come after me for anything?
My ex-husband says I “should” be OK but I am worried that after he declares Chapter 7, anything with my name on it from when we were married will become my problem.

If any debt is joint debt, your name will be listed on the bankruptcy forms, and the bankruptcy will be noted on your credit report. Your score will drop a little bit. Also, you will be solely responsible for the joint debt, unless your divorce decree says different. In short, you should be OK, but there are a few issues you need to monitor.
