If my house is condemned due to the landlord not making repairs to home that are considered safety issues, are they responsible for location costs?

That may depend on your state law.  If the home has been condemned then it is no longer fit to inhabit.  In Miami, Florida you could be entitled but it seems to be coming from the local government not the landlord.  From what I can tell in Kentucky the landlord can evict you if the unit is condemned so that would not indicate they had to pay relocation fees.  I would call your local tenant's rights organization to confirm what you would be entitled to.  Certainly the landlord has the responsibility to keep the apartment habitable.  Good luck.
