Can they hold that against us and not let him in?

If you and your husband are trying to rent a place anywhere in the sate of Florida, most of the time there are going to require a background check on all tenants. Because he had a previous arrest under NOLLE PROSEQUI, it will show the arrest , but it will show as a non prosecution. It is up to their discretion to accept or deny the application based on those grounds.
