Can I file again?

If that is the last order on file then it is the one that governs but I am confiused as to what happened to the original divorce case. Was it dismissed? If it was dismissed "procedurally" meaning you just didn't go to a conference or something like that then you may be able to revive it if not too much time has passed. If not it was probably not dismissed "with prejudice" and you could file again. Seek help. Good luck.
