If my name is improperly copied as well as my birthdate, can my ticket for unlawful possesion of marijuana be dismissed?

I am a Jr. and they omitted that in my name; my father is still alive. My birthdate is inputted as next year.

What you are describing are clerical errors.  The errors do not make the stop or arrest which resulted in a charge illegal such that a dismissal would be warranted.  Unfortunately, clerical errors are made and resolved on a regular basis in the judicial system.  What you need to do is to make sure the error is corrected so that they don't think you gave the wrong info to avoid accountability for the charge. Make sure your attorney (or the court) has the correct info and that the incorrect info came from whoever inputted the data.
