If one adult has a restraining order on another and they have kids, can their kids still interact?
My dad has a restraining order on him against his ex-girlfriend. I’m under the age of 18 and so is my dad’s ex-girlfriend’s daughter. Would it be legal for us to interact on-line, by cell phone, or even in person?

Good question. If the restraining order pertains to your father and his former girlfriend only, then there would be nothing wrong with you having any contact with the ex girlfriend or the ex girlfriend's daughter.
Likewise, the ex girlfriend's daughter can have contact with you and your father. Since you are a minor and presumably liivng with your father, it would be a wise idea if you first told your father that you would like to have contact with the ex girlfriend's daughter to make sure he is aware of this beforehand.
