Whether the infraction for possession of alcohol will affect your informal probation stemming from a DUI prior matter depends upon whether the court handling the DUI informal probation matter comes to hear about the MIC infraction. Assuming the court hears about the MIC infraction then there is a good chance that your informal probation will be revoked.
