Under the laws of all states in this country, a person's primary motor vehicle which is worth less than $8,000 is generally exempt from any levy proceeding with respesct to any unpaid debt or judgment. If your vehicle is worth less than $8,000 and would be your husband's main vehicle, it would be exempt from levy for unpaid child support most likely.
