If the parent of a 17 year old became a citizen 26 years ago, are they automatically a naturalized citizen through the parent?
If paperwork wasn’t received at the time of naturalization and month’s after the youth receives probation, and no conviction with a sealed file does this in any way effect automatic naturalization? What steps should be taken next to obtain citizenship documentation?
