If there is an outstanding creditor, can they issue a lien/judgement against the property aftera sale?
I am trying to purchase a property that is in probate. The title company is telling me that they are issuing a warranty deed and title insurance on the property.

Once title is transferred after a successful probate sale to a third person such as you where there is a court order approving the sale, any attempt to lien the property that was part of the estate by its creditors would have no legal effect and could very well subject the creditor to a legal action by you for clouding your legal title to the property.
