What will happen regarding theft carges if this is my first charge and I am a minor?
I got charged with burglary. Long story short I was out stealing from unlocked cars with a friend who kept lookout. I took some money, a few suitcases and found some valuable things. We were found with the stolen goods on us and I confessed because it was blatantly obvious I committed the crime. What do you think will happen? Like I said this is my first charge and I am a minor.

Depending upon the juvenile report on you, the chances are that you will be fined, ordered to do so many hours of community service work and put on probation for at least a year by the court since this is your first offense and you are a minor.
I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney who practices in the area of juvenile law to assist you in the matter that you are writing about.
