We don’t pay rent or mortgage, both kids are adults.

If she is capable of working full-time and does not have a disability which impairs her, then the court may award her a short amount of marital support needed to transition and get back on her feet... but she would not be entitled to long term support as she does have the capacity to support herself. To get a better pulse of just how long a judge in your jurisdiction would require the payment of child support, you need to arrange a consultation with a local attorney. If they practice in that court regularly, then they can tell you that judge's usual practice.
