Yes, they can sue, if they are injured by some dangerous condition (like a sinkhole; construction debris or broken furniture parts scattered on a yard/field; a broken stair) of which you are aware or reasoanbly should be aware but, notwithstanding knowing of the hazard, fail to correct. Property owners owe a duty, even to trespassers, to correct known dangerous conditions.
