If you turned you time sheet in late, what is the legal amount of days they can hold my check?
Time sheets were due 4 days ago; I turned my time sheet yesterday; we get paid in 2 days. Legally how long can my boss hold my check because she stated that I will not get paid this friday but the next pay period.

Since you did not comply with your company's policy and timely submit your timesheet, your employer is within its legal rights to hold your paycheck until the next regularly scheduled payday. If you are not paid at that time, then your employer will be in violation of wage law and you will have a claim at that time.
