Under federal law if one is an illegal alien working in this country his or her employment is illegal. As to using different tax identification numbers that are "fake" such is illegal as well. One can claim income for the months working under a "fake" social security number but claiming such is illegal as well. As a result the illegal alien can end up being deported from this country by United States marshalls.
