If I’m being evicted from a mobile home but am leagally responsible for the lot, can I have that mobile home removed?

If you are being evicted from a mobile home, that means you are renting the mobile home.  I am not sure how you are legally responsible for the lot because that is usually the responsibility of the landlord (the one who owns the lot or is subleasing it to you).  If the mobile home doesn't belong to you but you are the one who rents the lot, then yes you can move it with notice to the mobile home's owner. If you don't rent the lot directly and the contract for the lot is between two other people/entities, then you have no responsibility to move the mobile home.
