How can I get entry into the U.S. in order to take care f my minor child?
My son is 12 years old and a American citizen by birth living with his maternal uncle. Now his uncle is not ready to keep him, so I want to know can I get immigration or permission to stay in America to take care of him and provide him his basic needs .

No, that is not a valid reason to stay in the US. If you want to have your child to take care of him/her, you can take the child to your home country or wherever you are currently residing. Unless you have your own means of lawfully remaining in the US, simply being here to take care of your child is not something for which you will get a visa.
