I am so sorry for your loss. You mean after the Testator's death and prior to its submission to Probate Court? If you are a named beneficiary or some one who would inherit in intestacy, you should receive a copy of the WIll with either a Waiver or Citation. The waiver waives your objection to offer the Will for probate. A Citation is notice that the WIll is being offered for probate on a date certain to allow you to object in court. So yes, you should. Good luck.
