From what you have written with respect to the bankruptcy that you filed and presumably obtained a discharge in where you had your home at the time, most likely if you did not sign reaffirmation paper work with respect to it you can walk away from your loan as to the home and not have to worry about any lender recourse.

However, to be on the safe side, I suggest that you speak face to face with your presumed bankruptcy attorney that you had to make sure that you can do so what you have written about without having to be concerned later on about a defeiciency judgment against you by the lender on your home.
