Under NV law, an employee who is terminated (i.e. fired) must be paid immediately. If you don't receive your paycheck when it is due, you can either contact the state's labor department or you could speak with an employment law attorney. There don't appear to be any valid circumstances under which an employer can withhold a paycheck. However, sometimes things are overlooked without any bad intention; if you haven't yet done so, try contacting your employer and ask about your paycheck before taking any other action.
