As you seem to be already aware, expungement is the legal term used to refer to the sealing of a criminal conviction. Generally to qualify for an expungement, a person must be a first-time offender, along with other conditions. However certain offenses are not permitted to be expunged. And unfortunately for you, this includes an OH DUI.
Note: If your DUI conviction was in another state, then that states expungment laws apply; and some states do allow for an expoungment of this offense.
