How much can a trustee charge an estate?

Typically, the trustee compensation is stated in the provisons of the trust.  If not, then it is determined under the guidelines typically awarded in your area or county.  The probate court has a calculation that they use to determine trustee compensation.  I usually use that calculation if no compensation guidelines are provided in the trust.
