It really depends on the reason that it was postponed and the reason it is being held in the first place. If it is being held to give the Petitioner more time to be able to locate beneficiaries then the court may have given a date in the future as a control date and is hoping that by then all will be in order to submit the Will to probate. Or it could be adjourned to allow interested parties to participate in say a determination of the assets of the estate. Things can not be postponed indefinitely but if you feel that something is not right consult with an attorney in your area. Good luck.
