It could be subject to search and seizure as part of the investigation. You need to speak with the prosecutor about releasing the vehicle once all the evidence has been taken from the car and the fact the car was not used as part of the crime should be your first approach. If this does not work, get a lawyer. You may have to push for the return of your car through legal counsel.
