Do all relatives of the deceased have to be notified of a Will and sign a release that they are not going to contest it even if they are not listed in it?

Or am I just being jerked around for chargeable hours?

Any relative that would inherit if there was no will of the deceased has to be notified and usually the next level of inheritance. For instance if the the deceased died with a spouse and children. The spouse and children would be notified. If no spouse then children would each be notified.  They have to sign a waiver of probate and allow the will to be probated.
