I have applied for food stamps in the state of Virginia. On my arrest record it states unlawful delivery charge. If that is the same as a distribution charge I will not be eligible for the food stamp program.

If we're talking about drugs, controlled dangerous substances, I'd be pretty certain that unlawful delivery is the same as a distribution charge. Both go beyond just possessing whatever it was for yourself. I'm not an Oklahoma lawyer, or a Virginia attorney. For reliable advice about what effect this will have on your food stamp application, you should talk to a Virginia attorney. One place to find a lawyer is our website, http://attorneypages.com
