How should a minor go about creating an online business?

I am a minor and I am interested in creating my own online business, specifically one that provides website services. I am curious about where I stand in terms of DBAs, contract signing, payment, and EIN.

The best way for you to begin is to consult with a business attorney. One impediment for you in starting a business as a minor is that under the laws of all states in this country is that a contract entered into with a minor can be "undone" because minors under the law are not deemed capable of contracting.

Another option is to go online and see what books are out there for starting one's own online business and what would be needed.
