Is there any way to file a motion for relief from a failure to appear judgment?

Would this salvage my $3,000 I put down for bail? I was not mailed a court date and i have been pushed out several times.

The best way to try and resolve the failure to appear situation in the criminal matter that you have writte about is to retain a criminal defense attorney to file the necessary motion seeking to set aside the default and setting a hearing date for trial of your matter or at least a settlement conference.
