It is really difficult to answer sucn a general question. Most injury cases have compensation as part of their recovery, whether it be compensation for pain and suffering or compensation for lost wages. However, you can distinguish between a workers' compensation case and a personal injury case, if that is what you are asking. Different law would apply to the two types of cases.
