IIs a search warrent valid if it lists the wrong county?
My house was recently served a search warrent looking for drugs. It lists my address and a description of my house but then states it is located in a different county…which it is not. Is this a legal warrant?

The validity of the search warrant can be challenged because a search warrant has to be very specific as to the date, time, and place to be searched. Since the wrong county was listed, it could be argued that the search warrant was invalid and any evidence resulting from that search warrant would be inadmissible.
