So long as your Will was executed according to the laws of the state where you previously resided, then it is valid in your new state of residence. That having been said, you may want to have it reviewed. Due to differing state laws you may wish to execute a new Will. For example, if there are restrictions on who can be named to serve as your executor. Further, even if your Will is still valid, due to changes in life circumstances (i.e. divorce, birth of a child, death of a benenficiary, etc.), you may want to udate it.
