Is it at all possible to get1 or2 misdemeanor theft charges sealed, expunged, or pardoned if your currently being charged for a 3rd?
Both charges are 4 years prior and I complied with the police; I have had no trouble since then up until now. I was strong-armed into making a confession by a company for theft by unauthorized taking and really don’t want to become a convicted felon for this.
