Is it discrimination if my boss hired somebody in the same position as mine and gave him $300 more pay if I had 4 years of experience?
I have been working for my employer as a customer service agent. My boss hired a new employee in the same position as mine and gave him $3,600 a year more than me. I have a bachelor’s degree and he is undergraduate. Is this considered discrimination?

Not with what you posted. You need to be in a protected class, like a racial minority. Are you? If not, forget it.
