Is it legal for religous music to be play when other people in the office are not religous and don’t want to hear that “Jesus is the answer”?
My employer recently has started playing christian music non-stop even leaving the radio on when she leaves. I don’t have a any religion and I just don’t need to be hearing this at work? I’ve asked it to be turned off or the channel changed but nothing.

It might be illegal. The law prohibits discrimination against or harassment of employees on the basis of their religion. If non-religious employees, or religious non-Christians, are being harassed by the employer's playing of religious music, that may be illegal, religiously-based employment discrimination or harassment. If your employer will not change her behavior, you could contact your state or city civil rights or equal employment opportunity commission to file a complaint (you could also contact the federal EEOC, but you're more likely to get a response from a more local organization), or potentially even bring a legal action.
