As long as you have been informed of the audio/video recording policy, then it is legal if you agree to it. And by your continued employment your consent is implied. That having been said, certain areas should be off limits such as changing areas, bathrooms and other like private areas. Also, if such recording violates the term of an employment contract or union agreement, then it would not be permitted.
