Is it legal in PA to **** test only some employees with the same job title?
Is it legal in PA to give a **** test upon hiring to only some employees and not others. All the employees have the same job title.

if the testing is random and they don't test everyone but make it a very random chance that you will be one of those tested than they are probably not going to run into any problems. If it seems not to be random there can be a possible discrimination going on
