Is it legal in to record a conversation between yourself and your lawyer?
I found online that state recording law say all you need when recording yourself talking to another person was 1 party’s consent.

Texas ia what is known as a "one party consent" state, which means that if you are talking to someone, including your attorney and choose to record the conversation, your "consent" to do so (which you are, of course, giving, because you are voluntarily recording) is enough: you don't need the other person's consent.
Note that if you play the conversation for anyone else or forward it to anyone else, you will be giving up your attorney client privilege, and the other side in any litigation can get a copy of that conversation if they become aware of it.
