Is it legal for my neighbor to put cameras on their property that face my property line?
They do not have a fence so cameras face my property line that also exposes their yard.

This is perfectly permissable under the law. Anything that can be seen out in the open can be videotaped. Specifically, a property owner can videotape anything that can be openly viewed from their property.

Yes, they can do this. Anyone may videotape anything they could see with their naked eyes from a place where they may legally be. They could be on their own property looking towards your property; therefore, videocameras placed in that position are legal.
