Is it possible to blacklist a foreigner who has been in jail from entering US?
Was in 3 years for fraud. Come to find out this man is a professional con artist, liar, cheats, forge falsified documents (contracts, documents, bank wire transfer receipts…etc. close family and friends say he is a psychopath, Narcissist. I really would like to stop him from conning more innocent people.
