Is it right that I am being transferred due to a pre-approved vacation time?
I had a pre-approved vacation time scheduled. After it was already approved a mandatory training was scheduled. Actions were taken to schedule meetings to talk about if anything needed to be done before me leaving on vacation, no meeting what ever scheduled. Now I am back and suddenly have been given
a change in schedule, I am a full-time salary paid employee, title being toddler teacher. And I am being switched to a week by week non-full-time schedule due to me not being there for the meeting, again even though I was already
approved off.

Unfortunately, whether it is "right" is not the issue--the issue is whether it is legal. And based on what you write, unless you have a written employment contract which guaranteed you a certain schedule, it is legal: in the absence of a written contract to the contrary, your employment is "employment at will" and you are an "employee at will." The employer has 100% control over the schedule, hours worked, job duties, etc. of employees at will, and set or change these things at any time, for any reason, including wholly unfair ones. If you don't have a contract preventing this, they can make this change.
