Is it wise to leave the family home if you have a minor
I would like to move out of the family home Massachusettsbut my underage daughter prefers to stay behind with my husband. She would like to remain in the home so that she can attend the same school. What affect will that have on me?

It may be best for you to consult with an attorney about coming to some agreeent with your ex before you leave, especially since you are leaving your daughter behind. Many attorneys will tell you that it is unwise to do same because it can compromise any leverage you have in a divorce. By coming to an agreement before you leave it can reduce those issues. You will also have to discuss child support, etc. Good luck.
