It depends on the exact terms of the order, but if the order prohibited any communication, for example, between them, then "lliking" her post is a form of communication: she receives a notice about his reaction to her post. Therefore, this would be a violation of the order. Similarly, if all "contact" without limitations is barred, then this would have been a violation: he contacted via Facebook to express an opinion about her post.
