Is my father’s wife entitled to receive all of the gifts I have given him?

I paid their home off, bought him cars, boats and a mobile home. Can I get these things back if he passes away? His wife has children who want to

benefit from all of my gifts to my father.

No, you cannot get these back. A gift once given belongs to the recipient and the giver has no right to it and cannot get it back. Since it belongs to the recipient, when he passes away, it will go to whomever inherits from him with his other property--since the gift IS his property once you give it to him, no different from anything he bought or earned himself.
