Is my husband’s will legit if I knew nothing about it or if I didn’t sign any document.
My husband passed away last week. His sister was his POA. His sister is saying that her and my husband made a Will online and she was his witness but I knew nothing about the Will or about what is in it. With us being married is his Will legit if I knew nothing about it.

A spouse can make a will without his spouse's knowledge or consent: being married does not give you a veto over your spouse's will. As long as the will was otherwise properly formed, executed, and witnessed, it will be valid. In your state, a valid will must signed in front of two witnesses (not one), both of whom also sign the will.
