Is my ticket dismissible due to missing information?

The officer forgot my ss on my ticket.
It is a misdemeanor for disorderly
conduct. Discharged a firearm in a
public place. It was an accadental
dishcharge and the offender called in
the indecent themselves.

No, the ticket is not dismissable for not having your SSN on the ticket. That omission in no way prejudices your rights: it does not, for example, deprive you of the information you need to defend yourself in court. Since there is no prejudicial effect on or to you, the ticket is not dismissable for this reason.
