No, a new spouse's income will not taken into consideration when calculating thier spouse's child support obligations; such a spouse has no legal responsibility to support their stepchildren. When preparing child support worksheets,etc., only the income and expenses of the actual parents are taken into consideration.
However, some courts do note a new spouse's income to determine just how much the supporting parent has in disposable income. At this point, you should consult directly with a local divorce attorney.
