No, a parking lot is not liable for a break-in of your vehicle (or for any other criminal act other than one committed by the parking facility itself) unless they actully issued some sort of guaranty: i.e. if there were tersm of service under which they agreed to indemnify or reimburse you for break-ins or thefts. Unless they voluntarily asssume this responsibility, however, they are not resonsible for what third-party criminals do.
