Is there a statue of limitation on a worthless check warrant from 15 years?
I went to get a criminal background check and was told that I had a warrant for a worthless check. It is 15 years old. Can if affect me in getting hired?

Every employer is different, but most will want you to take care of the warrant before they will hire you.Although the warrant is from 15 years ago, it appears to still be active, which means you could even be arrested if the warrant is still active. Speak with a criminal defense attorney in your area to seek the best steps to address this warrant.
