I don't understand. Under the Constitution, you are entitled to confront your accuser in court. Not sure what you are seeking -- a police report?
Call your lawyer. If you say "ratted" on you, that meant you did something illegal. Again, call your lawyer; you may have more worries than who ratted on you. Try www.attorneypages.com if you prefer private counsel and not a public defender.
